WHAT’S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
RETURNS: Each cookie is custom made for you and therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the order. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported when the cookies arrive. If there is a defect a replacement will be sent.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: Oh no! If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, sent the wrong flavor, etc.), please email us at hello@goshjoshcookies.com and tell us your order number and how we messed up. If this happens, know that we will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right item.
EXCHANGES: As every order is custom made, we do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customers wants a different flavor.
Please DO NOT send your items back to us without emailing first. Please give us a chance to help you and identify the most efficient and effective way to resolve your issue.
