HOW DO YOUR COOKIES TASTE?

Wow! This is a great question. These cookies are spectacular, scrumptious, and necessary to add into your life. Whether your mom is getting on you about cleaning your room up to having a bad day, these cookies will be there for you to get through those tough moments. My cookies don't judge. If you don't believe me, I got Instagram stories of people tagging me about how good they taste. 

ISN'T THAT A BIT MUCH TO SAY THE BEST COOKIE I EVER HAD?

You guys are asking some really great questions and I got some really great answers. I've been fortunate to travel from coast to coast and have a pretty good amount of cookie tasting experiences under my belt. I have never had a cookie as good as these. Traveling to conduct research is expensive. Don't waste money booking a plane ticket to prove whether my theory is right or wrong. Just take my word for it. Scouts honor. 

MY PANTS DON'T FIT ANYMORE SINCE I HAVE BEEN ORDERING COOKIES FROM YOU. WHY IS THAT?

My cookies don't judge and I don't either. Maybe you are growing in happiness since placing a lot of orders. 

GOSH JOSH, ISN'T THE PRICE A BIT MUCH?

Not at all! These cookies are big enough to share as you are getting 6 ounces of baked cookie dough. You will literally get halfway through this cookie and might have to tag someone else to help you finish. Plus my dog, Macy, sets the price.

SO ARE YOU PLANNING ON ANY OTHER FLAVORS?

I sure am. I currently have a couple other flavors in the works now, but I got school. I am in school, baking cookies, going to Boy Scouts, Sea Scouts, Civil Air Patrol, and taking piano lessons. I am working on getting my granny and mom to help me bake these orders for you guys as they taught me everything I know about cookies. 

CAN I GET A CUSTOM ORDER?

The best way to get more flavors is to order the smallest quantity I have, which is the four pack offered in all flavors. For example, if you know you want a dozen, but want different flavors, you can order 3 four packs in any flavor. As I grow, I hope to add as much customization as my customers desire. 

DO YOU CATER FOR PARTIES AND EVENTS?

I sure do. Email me at hello@goshjoshcookies.com and let me know the details of what type of event it is, what flavors, amount of each flavor, pickup or delivery option, and the date for receiving the cookies. 


I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...WHAT'S GOING ON?

Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. Also, if you email us without a response - this is highly uncharacteristic of us! Our emails may be getting rejected by your email provider. You can help ensure delivery by emailing us directly at hello@goshjoshcookies.com

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY COOKIES TO ME?

I use USPS Priority shipping.  I believe this is the best way for a couple of reasons. One, they insure the contents up to $100.  They also deliver in 1, 2, or 3 days. The closer you live to the state of Maryland, the faster they will get there. 


OH NO, I MESSED UP MY ORDER! CAN I CHANGE IT?

If this happens to you, please email us as soon as you can to hello@goshjoshcookies.com and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't make any promises. All of our cookies are baked on demand so we usually start pretty soon after you order and may even ship out the same day. We care & know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you don't want.


WHAT’S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

RETURNS: Each cookie is custom made for you and therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the order. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported when the cookies arrive. If there is a defect a replacement will be sent.  


DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: Oh no! If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, sent the wrong flavor, etc.), please email us at hello@goshjoshcookies.com and tell us your order number and how we messed up. If this happens, know that we will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right item. 


EXCHANGES: As every order is custom made, we do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customers wants a different flavor. 

Please DO NOT send your items back to us without emailing first. Please give us a chance to help you and identify the most efficient and effective way to resolve your issue.
